Forgive me father for I have sinned. It has been several months since my last blog post. What can I say man, it’s been a heavy past couple of months. There’s been lots going in general and in my life. I know some of you were wondering what happened to me. Some of you were asking me if I had gotten a girlfriend and run off and abandoned the SolidGame. Well I’m here to say no such thing has happened… yet hahaha.
The thing is about my blog is that I prefer not to talk about every single thing that happens on a daily or weekly basis. You can find that on other blogs. I’d much prefer to share with you things that might either entertain you, school you or both.

So what’s been going on the past couple months, well in case you are not from this planet…The WORLD CUP! The nations of the world have descended upon the South African shores to watch and attend the greatest game on earth, world cup football.

It has also been winter, not exactly my favourite season, but with the world cup distraction it hasn’t been that crazy. Last week was winter solstice, so days get longer nights get shorter and so do skirts. No complaints here.

A few months ago I said I would be reviving an old hobby, one of the hobbies I started around the same time I started this blog.  Stand-up Comedy.

Yep that’s right mafaka, Blade does stand-up. The first few times on stage were nerve wracking. I was so nervous. I sucked!
But I kept at it and still am. I’m feeling a whole lot more comfortable and confident and it’s just getting better and better. Kinda like social skills or The Game. The more you challenge yourself and push yourself the more confident you become and the better you get.

What kind of material do I do? Well, my material is inspired by my daily life, friends and this thing I call The Game. Wanna know more? Come see the show. I’ll provide details.

So, you can expect a whole lot more updates and more regularly starting from today.

There are a few things I’ve observed and noticed over the past couple months that we can chat about.
The most important topic I’d like to talk about over tomorrow is called  Bridging. Getting over that game where you are flirty and friendly with a girl and kicking it up a notch and turning the heat right up. Yeah it’s about to get saucy in this peace.

One of my fav TV shows is back on air for a second season! I can’t wait to download the shit out of it.

The Pick-up Artist is an American reality show on VH1 which focuses on a group of nine male contestants who have historically been unsuccessful in love and relationships learning the art of the “pickup” as taught by seduction artist Mystery (Erik von Markovik), and his wingmen, J-Dog and Matador. In eight episodes, Mystery teaches the contestants with guidance and training to meet potential mates in various locations, such as coffee shops and night clubs. The contestants of the show compete with each other through a series of challenges. Most of the challenges on the first season involved picking up women in different situations, such as on a bridge during the day or in a nightclub. Some of the challenges were more novel, such as the second to last challenge where the men had to pick up a stripper, described by Mystery as “the ultimate challenge”.

And is in this spirit I have decided to pass on the knowledge from the experiences I’ve had to someone else in the hope that this might change or improve their dating life as it did mine.

I first met The Scud briefly at a birthday party many months back. The Scud was this smartly dressed, good looking, well-spoken, intelligent and witty guy.
I didn’t think we would meet again people in our circles rarely crossed paths. We bumped into each other occasionally on nights out here and there.

The last time I bumped into him was at a club out of town. Sean Kingston was supposed to show up that night (the fat bastard ate too much and so couldn’t show up). I was out with my wingman Tank that night. Since Kingston wasn’t going to show up we decided to stick around and catch up over a couple beers. The Scud entertained us for the next hour with the most entertaining tales of his experiences and nights out in various cities around the world. We exchanged contact details this time.

The subject of Pick Up came up between The Scud and me when he spotted a rather cryptic status updated I’d posted on Facebook, “Blade is brushing up on his NLP”. NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming (it’s basically hardcore body language).
I briefly explained NLP and its use to The Scud. After playing “spot the hottie” on my Facebook photo albums he deduced that I indeed had a measure of success with women.

We got to talking about PUA and how it has worked out for me. The Scud was quite interested in trying something new to improve his situation with women. His major problem was that of most men. Upon meeting and engaging women the big question of how to keep the momentum going and what to do next always seem to come up. This is a major sticking point.

It shall be my mission over the next couple of months of summer to show The Scud how SolidGame can work for him. To show him how to manage and get over these various little issues that crop up.

Your lucky ass shall have the pleasure of reading all about our successes and failures.

These are our objectives.

·         Identify his sticking points and limiting believes and unlearn bad habits or techniques

·         Enhance his strong points when it comes to women.

·         Work on eradicating or managing his weak points.

·         Identify openers and routines that are genuine and congruent to his personality

·         Get him more dates than he can handle.

We are going to be using a simple method of primarily tackling problems as they crop up (learn to walk before you run).

·         Inner game foundations first

·         Basic to Advanced technique

·         Group dynamics

·         Naturalisation (getting to that place where you no longer have to think about it, you just are)

I’m not going to set a time limit on this; I think it is important to be patient with oneself. We all learn at a different pace. Knowing The Scud so far, I’m sure he shall surprise us all.

Let the adventure begin.

Ive been a way for a good long time.

Life has been hectic man, work etc. Just plain onld bad time management I guess.

Its summer again! almost a full year before I started the blog. some shit has happend.

this summer promises more shit.

The plan is to small chunck my info. So therefore you can expect smaller blog posts but more regulaly. this should be more managable for me.

To those who encouraged me to continue, thanks alot?! for those who remained silent. F.U, you could have told me you wanted more.

I recently bought myself a motobike. Its a 250cc cruiser black, set like a chopper but none of the expense.

The last time I took a motorbike ride I think I was 15 years old and it was a 50cc that i maybe spent 4 -5 minutes on.

So a few days ago I decided nows the time to give this thing a ride. I got on it, turned it on. Feeling a little stupid with a Stehlhelm on my head.
I had done some reasearch on how to ride a motobike for the first time on YouTube the night before.

Thats right I said it. I learnt to ride a motorbike on Youtube.

Taking a ride on that bike was one of the scariest things ive done in a very long time. This machine had the potential of KILLING me if not handled correctly.

The fear and anxiety reminded me of my first days getting into the game. Reminded me of those first opens.
Just the pure anxiety of pushing yourself into that unknown with a dim idea of what would happen.

A couple of weeks have gone past now and I’ve been riding around like a Texan sheffrif. yeah yeah, chicks dig it :p.
I still have a healthy respect for the machine and I have screwed up on certain spots ( I keep messin up the gears sometimes. )

The point im trying to make is this, you only live once. Live responsibly but dont be afraid to take risks.
Test your comfort zone , push your bounderies.

Mystery, Matador, Lovedrop and the boys in the Venutianarts.com camp are announcing a World Tour set to begin in Los Angeles at the end of march.

this tour is going to be base almost entirely on they new method called Revelation. Now not much has been said about Revelation but from what I understand its a bootcamp series designed to improve you inner game.

This is interesting because Mystery’s focus has mostly been on technique and outer game.

Its also interesting that this announcement is made around the same time as Real Social Dynamics announced their very own new Seminar series.

It seems like this year is going to be an interesting year in PUA. Mystery’s TV show has really shook things up.

With all these new products and DVDs going almost mainstream, If you dont have natural came cultivated by now..your in for some trouble.

As soon as I get my hands on these products, i shall be reviewing them for ya

Recently came across a killer show about AFCs trying to get the girl.

It is unfortunate that just being a super-smart genius will not get you the girl. Of course any decent girl probably wouldn’t mind dating a genious, but without all the other components it probably wouldn’t work out well. The same is true in the reverse.

Created by writer/producers Chuck Lorre (of Two And A Half Men) and Bill Prady (of Gilmore Girls) comes The Big Bang Theory, a sitcom that shows what happens when hyperintelligent roommates/physicists Sheldon and Leonard meet Penny, a beautiful woman moving in next door–and realize they know next to nothing about life outside of the lab. Rounding out the crew are the smarmy Wolowitz, who thinks he’s as sexy as he is brainy, and Koothrappali, who suffers from an inability to speak in the presence of a woman.

The show distinguishes itself by being unafraid to toss scientific references and technobabble into an otherwise standard sitcom, even employing a physicist to keep things accurate. In doing so, it allows Sheldon and Leonard to do for science what Frasier’s Crane brothers did for fine dining, art, and opera.
